Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Hello everyone,

Today this topic came to my mind..
it's really amazing how sometimes some people could affect us, motivate us, and inspire us.

Let me tell you who inspired me when I first joined dA ( I still like their work today

)

I was so obssessed with her work, she is so unique and her work is truly beautiful, and full of colors. I liked her nature and macro photos. the light in her pictures are Spot on..and she had a beautiful touch in her pictures that always sat her apart from the other artists. back in time, I always browsed her photos and tried to figure out what kind of editing she did on her pictures.. her pictures always attracted me. My inspiration to take macro pictures.

I was in love with his eyes -pictures. I think he really capture the eyes in a complete different way than anyone else.. his pictures always have meaning or a story behind them.. and I also liked his use of colors and light as much as I liked his dark desaturated photos. My inspiration to take Macro (Eye) pictures.

I always admired his cat pictures.. they were so Amazing and wonderful. his pictures were the reason for me to take photos of cats and kittens .. his nature and sky photos were also beautiful, clear, high-quality, and full of colors. My inspiration to take nature and cats pictures.

her photos are Superb.. her unique choice of colors always spoke to me.. and she always had a story to tell with each picture of hers.. her work is so Amazing.. I used to brows her gallery everyday.. My inspiration to be creative and try different things.

I'm so grateful for each one of you guys.. you basically helped me reach to where I am today.. Thank you for Sharing your Art.
of course there are many artists that I enjoyed and admired looking at their work and there are many pieces that inspired me to be creative and take lovely photos.
