UAE dress Code (For Foreigners)

Dear Friends,

I would be very grateful if you took 5 minutes of your time to read this.
It is about the UAE dress code. United Arab Emirates (UAE) is my country, a Muslim country that has its own culture and values. Lately, Whenever I go to a public place in the UAE, it concerns me when I see the huge amount of Expatriates and Foreigners (Not all of them) dress immodestly/inappropriately even though there are signs in the mall entrances that clearly states the Dress Code guidelines. The Dress code in the UAE is to cover up from shoulders to knees but many people are not following it.

Now, I'd like to know what are your thoughts, and opinions as foreigners/expatriates/non-Emirati, if you agree with me or not Through This Survey: [link] (Only Foreigners/Non-Emirati answer please)
